    Can prefill be supported by custom object ?

    Can prefill be used with SalesForce date field ?

    Hello Xavier,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm afraid that the prefill option does NOT support custom Salesforce objects. However, I have escalated it as a feature request to our developers. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

    Hi Xavier,

    We have some great news for you. You can try out the new and improved version of our Salesforce Prefill feature, which is currently in beta. Based on your feedback, we believe you’ll find the enhancements particularly beneficial.

    To get started, in the Form Builder go to Publish tab at the top. Then, go to Prefill on the left and select Salesforce Live Prefill.

    Salesforce Prefill: Prepopulate form with data from Salesforce objects other than Contacts or Leads Screenshot 20 Screenshot 10 Screenshot 10 Screenshot 10 Screenshot 10Authenticate or choose your account, and proceed with other settings.

    We'd love to hear your thoughts and feedback as you use it.
