Just submitted to both emails with no luck. None of the emails are being received.

You can check your emails yourself:
How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History
If its the case that they are sending, but you aren't receiving then its possible that JofForm is being blocked. (Please check your spam/trash folders first).
The solution is to setup SMTP. This way the email is sent from your email provider instead of JotForm. Therefore bypassing anything blocking us.
