I have always been under the impression that I am allowed 10 submissions in a calendar month. I had only 3 last month and none this month but I still have this error. Can someone please explain. Many thanks, Doug
PS I do know the literal meaning of over quota, looking for it in terms of jotform :) I am currently on the free version

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I cleared your form cache and that seems to have solved this problem. Your form is back online and is being displayed correctly on your website. Please test your form and get back to us if the issue persists.
There seems to be an another issue. The form which is embedded in your website is associated with a different account with username "hardingllc". It seems you have just now upgraded your account "wtii" but your account do not have any forms. I would suggest you to upgrade account "hardingllc" which has forms.
Do get back to us if you would like us to cancel your latest bronze monthly subscription so that you can upgrade your account?

Please note that in free account, you can only receive up to 100 submissions in a month including 3 payment submissions. If you exceed your account limits, your forms are disabled automatically and shows error message that form is over quota.
