Hi, we send a pre-tour registration email to our customers and they always either get their reference no. wrong or forget to enter it, which means zapper and our filters can’t correctly match the form submission automatically into our CRM and email folders. Customers either don’t have it, make it up, or can’t find it so forget to come back to fill in the form.
Is there a way to put a string on the end of URL’s to populate the forms first Trip Ref field? in a form:
eg
which would fill 12345678 into field 1?
thanks
Andy

Yes. It is possible to prepopulate a field on the form using the URL parameters. Please refer to the guide below that can help you with this.

If your customers are having unique or different reference numbers, you may consider generating prepopulated URLs for each user separately by using Excel. Please see the screencast below that can help you with generating URLs.
Hope this information helps!
