Hello,
I am a pet breeder, and I have a "waiting list" for pets. I'm using your forms for applications and waiting lists.
I have set up hidden fields for "status" on the waiting list, and have a specific report available for my customers to view, available on my webpage.
I would like to be able to hide specific people/submissions from this list once they have taken their pets home (and I've moved them to a "completed" status, or similar)... Or maybe move them to another private list for record-keeping?
Is there a way to make this possible? Thanks in advance for your time

When creating a report, you can select certain fields that you would like to be displayed. You can create a separate field for the status that has a completed value so you can uncheck them from the list.
You can have 2 status fields that you can create and display only those group of status that you want to appear in the report.
Report selection:
Would this work for you? Looking forward for your response.

Thank you.
Yes, I've already got specific fields hidden from the report.
However, I'm wondering if there is a way to hide an entire submission from the report?
If I mark someone as completed for example, I would like their entire form submission to be hidden from the report. Is there maybe an application or widget I've missed that would help me do this better? -

Unfortunately, it is not possible to hide an entire submission from the HTML Table listing report. The only way remove it is to delete that submission from the submission page of your form.
Another way is to use the Visual report and add a Grid to your report and then to use the Filter option to show only waiting requests.
