I'm trying to create an autoresponder email to be sent out when someone completes one of our JotForms. When I create the email body using the source code editor, and I add an image or div wrapped inside of an <a> link tag, those tags disappear. When the email goes out, the image does not behave as a link. How can I keep my images as clickable links when the emails are sent out? I've attached before and after images: one when I add the html with the <a> tags, then the other after I close the source code editor dialog.

I have cloned your JotForm to my account and sent a test submission. As I receive the autoresponder, I see that the images from the email are linked to the URLs without any issue. I have also sent a test submission to your JotForm and it is also working normally as expected.
Were you able to fix the issue? Could you try sending a test submission again and see if that works. If the issue still persists, please let us know. We will be happy to take a look again.
Thanks!
