    Hi circlefriends,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to this form? I cloned and tested your form on my end and it seems that the Thank You page appears when you submit the form directly. See the image attached:

    Can you try testing the form again and check if the issue remains? Can you also try embedding the form using the IFrame code and check if it works properly? You can check this guide on how to get your form's IFrame code and embed it to your website.

    i tried iframe same problem the thank you page doe snot pop up. can you kindly help us fix the problem

    Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry that you're having difficulty with this. To be sure we're on the same page, you're referring to this link right? If so, I cleared the cache of your form to see if that'll help. Can you test again and see how it goes? If the issue persists, will you allow us to send a test submission via your embedded form for further investigation?

    Thanks for getting back to us. Yes, redirecting the users to an external thank you page is a good workaround. However, to test the form, please set the Jotform thank you page again and do a submission on your form.

    Here are the steps I took nothing worked

    I cleared the cache

    I tried embedding iframe

    i tried redirecting to another url

    none if these solutions worked

    i use Weebly as my site host

    Hi Freida,

    Thanks for reaching back to us. Since your form involves live payment and we don't have an active card to use for testing, can you do a screen recording from your end? You can do it via loom.com and share the link with us. Also, your example is from a mobile device, we'd also want you to test it in a desktop so we can isolate if this is mobile specific issue or not.

    This was never resolved even when we attempted to make an external page for the thank you.

    I cloned your form and couldn't replicate the issue. I suggest trying a different browser or an up-to-date device. If the issue persists, please let us know, so I can raise the issue withe developer.
