Hello,
I have a form that was working, but seems to be falling apart. The form will now not submit when the form is encrypted. If I turn encryption off it works just fine, but when I turn it on, the form hangs with the submit button reading "please wait" I have tried regenerating keys and clearing the form cache, but the form only works when not encrypted. This is a standalone form that is not embedded.
This is a shared form that is owned by our institutions paid account. I am using a free account to edit.
Thanks

That is because the Public key is blank in the form.
It's blank because you as the sub-account user enabled it instead of the main account. To fix this, you need to ask the main account holder to disable and re-enable the encryption on their end. If they don't have the key yet, tell them to generate a key by clicking the generate key button.
