Hello, I was testing a form with a Paypal pro widget and for some reason even though the Paypal option is selected, I am not being taken to the Paypal site afterwards.

You're using PayPal Pro integration therefore, your users are not redirected to PayPal, the payment is processed right from the form.
If you want your users to be redirected to PayPal's website upon submitting, you have to use Standard integration: https://www.jotform.com/help/391-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Paypal-Standard-

Unfortunately, it doesn't take them to any option when choosing paypal period, so they can submit a form without payment.

Can you please try cloning your form by following the guide on this link https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL.
Then on the cloned form, disable the Encrypt Form Data by selecting the NO option.
Then add again the API Credentials of your Paypal Pro account on the Paypal Pro integration and don't forget to hit "Verify" after.
This is to see if Encrypted Form is not interfering with Card Form's payment process.

Now it's getting hung upon the "Please wait while we are processing your request"

I did a test submission in your form and selected "PayPal" instead of "Credit Card". After hitting the Submit button, I was redirected to the Thank You Page. Here's a screenshot:
I also checked your form and I verified the PayPal Pro integration. Here's a screenshot:
Lastly, I cleared your form cache so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers.
Please try it again and let us know if you are still having issues. Thank you.
