We're wondering how we check the status of one of these support inquiries/tickets.
Do we receive an email when we receive a reply from your support team?

That is correct. Thread updates/response will also send you the email alert (to your lzarling email account).
Example I responded to your thread here https://www.jotform.com/answers/1384685, you should be able to receive the update/response on your email as well.
