I've created my form, uploaded files to it from my desktop (using Chrome) and received an email telling me that I have a submission. However, when I click on the file (photo or video), I get taken to a Jotform error page (https://www.jotformeu.com/uploads/TwoBirdsL/73333613884359/3932074462224224257/Shirley%20Goodgroves.jpg) saying "Unfortunately, the page you were looking for could not be found. It may be temporarily unavailable, moved or no longer exists. Please check your spelling and retry."
Why am I getting this error message?
Also, I saw some posts on the forum dating from 2012 regarding issues in uploading files from mobile devices and needing to use filepicker.io as a workaround - is this still the case or has this now been resolved?

I cloned your form and tested a submission. I was able to view the uploaded image.
I checked your account and it seems there was no uploads save in the form, most probably it was unsuccessful.
Try editing the name of our image to a shorter text with no spaces and submit your form.
Let us know how it goes.
