Hi there,
I am trying to create some charts but I am really struggling to navigate your website.
Problem # 1:
I have created an 'input table' with three rows, the results of which I would like to make into a line chart. My first problem is that there does not seem to be a disable button for multiple answers in a grid. It is important for people to only select one answer, I have specified this but no doubt some people will ignore and this will mess up the charts (circled in red):
Please advise.
Problem # 2
This grid I created contains the most crucial information which I am trying to staticise into a line chart. However this seems to be the only option on my survey which I cannot select (arrow in red):
The point of doing this is to tally which rows people are not interested in and which generate interest.
Problem # 3
When trying to create a new chart, the data seems to be inexplicably duplicated. In my grid, there are 3 options: not at all interested, mildly interested and very interested. In your configuration page, these are inexplicably duplicated and I cannot get rid of them? Again, circled in red.
I have spent hours trying to figure out your website. I used another website earlier and it took me about 30 minutes to generate this information and create perfect visual charts however my boss informed me he already has a registration with you. I would appreciate you clarifying these points or we may have to switch to a more user friendly format.
Best,
Aurora

Regarding your first question, you can change the field type from check box to radio buttons so the user is forced to select one option only.
Now, we do recommend to open one thread per question since this helps us to assist you better, we will help you with each question here:
