I'd like to know which type of account in Jotform that will allow payment integration?

Hello Dinas - ALL plans should allow you to do this. Features are the same across all plans (from FREE to GOLD users) and the only differences are the usage limits per plan.
To get started, have a look at the articles linked below.

Thank you for your reply. Let's say under the Free account, the "Receive 1
payment" meant just 1 transaction or 1 form can be set as receiving payment?I'm trying to find a solution for our child safety seat check registration. And one form probably would have up to 30 sign ups
We wanted to set payment to each registration by time slot. I trust that
your form won't have any problem to setting a limit to a time slot, let's
say a 9 am slot can have up to 3 person signing up, and then that slot will
automatically shut off.
and payment. Does this mean I'll have to get the Silver package?

The plan to choose would depend on your predicted number of payments. If you're expecting anywhere more than 10 payments per month, then yes, you would need the SILVER PLAN to accommodate that number.
The payment submission limit is per month, for the entire account, regardless of the number of forms you have. As soon as you receive a submission with a successful payment, it will be counted as 1 PAYMENT SUBMISSION. Should you reach the limit, your forms will be disabled and your options are:
1. Either wait for the 1st day of the next month
2. Or upgrade to higher plan
I moved the other question you asked about automatically disabling a slot when a certain number of submissions is reached here:

We'll be replying to you there shortly.
