Resume:
A question opens more questions if I say YES, and those questions open more questions if I say YES on them. But if I want to come back and I had filled something in those questions (second level), that information still appear.
Do you know how I should remove them if I said YES on the first question?
Thanks

Hello,
My form has questions that opens more questions if I say YES, but if I write something on those fields, leave the text there and select NO at the main option that opened these fields, -> Those fields filled after still appeared.
In this case, this question opens more questions if I say YES:
And it has another question that if I say YES, more questions are coming:
Once I select YES and filled some questions, I decided to select NO in that question, The question after still saves the information and selected and shows it, even if I said NO
I went back to the first question and there is information from other questions I didnt want to see any more.
Thanks very much

I have checked your form and I see that your form's setting is set to Clear on Submit. What this does is that while it is hidden, the information is still in tact, and it will only be emptied upon submission:
So what you can do is select Clear on Being Hidden so that upon hiding of the field, the selected values will be emptied.
If you have questions, please let us know.
