On my upload form I use Box.com as my destination for the uploaded files, problem is I get a PDF with all the submitted form info AND the content embedded in the same pdf.
I'd like to set it up so I only receive the form info in a PDF, as the pictures arrive separately within the same Box folder regardless, essentially jotform sends me all the submitted info twice.

You can customize the PDF report used in the submissions.
User guide: How to Customize PDF Submissions Report
So in your case, you can remove the picture(field) in the PDF so that it will not be seen/included in the resulting pdf report.

Thank you for the link but following that, nothing happens when I click the PDF symbol.
Have three forms and all are the same, non-responsive.
Are you sure this is a up-to-date guide or am I missing something?

As I understood your question, you want receive the uploads as attachment. To do that please click on Settings and then Emails. Click on the pencil icon to edit the email, click on Advanced tab and enable Send Uploads as Attachment option.
Let us know if you have any other question.

Thanks for the vid. Sorry for not making myself clear, have jotform issues coming in right, left and centre.
My issue to do with the integration of Box.com.
On my form I have an upload function for both videos and pictures.
When I upload pictures they are sent as separate files (as I'd expect) and the PDF with the form info but the pictures are also embedded in the PDF.I'd like to get the PDF with the form info only, with no uploaded content.
The video below shows whats happening.

It seems that we do not have an access to the file that you shared.
I cloned your form and I integrated my form with our Box account. I made a test submission and I saw that when the image is uploaded it will be included in the PDF report by default.
If a video is uploaded there will only be a link of the file inside of the PDF.
The image can be removed from the PDF only if you customize the PDF report, like my colleague jonathan previously suggested.
I tested the PDF Designer feature on my cloned form and it is working properly.
The PDF button is not working correctly on your form because you do not have any submission. Once you receive a submission you will be able to customize your PDF report.
Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.
