Hello.
We are a small visa center in Malaysia. We mostly work with Thailand embassy, helping people apply.
We have many tourists coming from abroad and we would like to collect information and documents from them before they come.
I've noticed that I can print a submission in a pdf, but I can't alter the way that PDF looks.
For example, I would like to generate a PDF document that matches the embassy's form but with information that is submitted by our tourists online through your website.
Is it possible to somehow alter the way the way submission is printed? Closest thing I found is the report editor, but it only allows me to create grids based on multiple forms.

You can Customize the PDF Design of your form's submissions.
Go to your submissions view: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions
Click on the PDF icon, then on "Customize PDF":
If you already have a PDF Template that you would like to be filled with the user's data, I suggest you try WebMerge.
Check this article for more: https://www.webmerge.me/blog/automatically-populate-invoices-from-jotform-submissions

Thank you so much!

ethanielReplied on January 15, 2018 at 12:43 PMBy the way WebMerge is the only thing that shows up during "generate
document from form data" when I googled.
It is just too expensive ($30 for 30 forms, really?!).
You need to bring more attention to this feature that you have.
Sincerely,
Ark.

ethanielReplied on January 15, 2018 at 12:43 PMYou also need to add an option to view and edit submissions more easily.

Using the Customize PDF option in JotForm allows you to edit the PDF Design. It is quite flexible but you cannot add your own template as you could see.
Thank you for your suggestions.
