Hi! We have a form that requires multiple recipients based on a selection that the user makes. The selections are in checkboxes, so it is possible that one person could get multiple emails based on what the user selects.
One example, is if an event they are requesting requires registration. If it does, our coordinator needs to get a notice as well as our finance team. If they do not select registration, then only the coordinator should get the email. It seems based on the logic of the form that if the condition is not met, nobody will receive a notice, neither the coordinator or the finance team. Is that true or does it default to regular email recipients if the condition of registration request is not met?
Another example, if someone picks marketing and registration as options our marketing director, coordinator and finance team should all get an email notice. I don't want the system creating two emails to the coordinator.
Here is our form: https://form.jotform.com/80034022475143 - at the bottom of the form you will see services required. If none are selected the coordinator should still get a notice. It seems that they will not based on the verbiage under conditions for email recipients.
Thank you for your help,

If the condition is created, for sending emails, then Notifier/Autoresponder, that is included in the conditions, then emails will not be sent if the condition is not true.
So, for your situation, you should create Notifiers for each selection you need, but also, create additional condition and its notifier, that will send an email if there is no selection in "Services Required" field. For example:
Multiple selections in that field and sending emails to multiple addresses would work only if you cover it with conditions as well, for example:
Let us know if that could work for you.
Thank you!
