Hi there, I use jotform and have used very little forms but a client has sent an image back to say that I've reached my quota, but I do not see how? All the usage looks fine?
Can you please advise?

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. It seems that quota usage calculations on your account was not properly refreshed previously the reason for the overlimit status alert.
I have corrected this and properly refreshed your account usage. All should be in correct status now. You can check the status again when logged in to your account at https://www.jotform.com/login

I've check my account and it is still the same and till saying that I have reached my quota?

Your limits are fine and I was able to open your form. I have cleared the cache of your forms as well now it should be working fine.
