we've been happily using our JotForm for Rule Waivers but it suddenly seems to have stopped sending the submitted PDFs. I don't see anything that has changed in our form-- can you advise?

I checked that specific file and it seems to be available when accessed from the submission page.

If the PDF link is simply missing from the body of the email, check the email contents to ensure the link is included or the option to attach the PDF to the email is enabled:
