Well, this is odd. I followed the steps in this article here: https://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-and-Continue-Later
If I close out my form and then go back via my email link, it works beautifully only if I use my laptop. If I use the same email link through my phone, I just get a blank page. I have no idea if it's a Gmail issue, an Android issue, something I did, etc.
This is the link to the first form, which provides the session ID: https://form.jotform.com/73525938043157
Anybody else have that problem?
Thank you!

I was able to replicate the issue.
I used Google Chrome on my mobile device and tested my session URL from your form and checked "Request Desktop Site" . And the session is working correctly.
It is because in mobile view sessions isn't supported.

I was asked to clarify--does the mobile view really not support sessions at all? Or is there another technique that can be used? Some sort of Save and Resume functionality is needed for my project.
Thank you!

Sessions work on perfectly on "All questions in One Page" form layout.
Here is my cloned form using the "Old layout"
https://form.jotform.com/73548564700965?session=nickkoy@gmail.comYou just need to add "Page Break" as instructed on the guide.
You can also use edit submission https://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date
Or enable "Autofill".
https://www.jotform.com/help/227-How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-on-FormsAutofill works only on the device where you input the data, means if you used computer to enter the data and decided to continue later in your mobile devices, it will not work.
