Hi
We use multiple forms on a daily basis, many of which have emails that are triggered on submission. These usually arrive almost imeadiately. However one of our forms takes ages to be emailed through to the clincian completing the form. Would you be able to have a look and see if there is an error code delaying it?
thanks
Katie

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I did check your form and found that you have added one auto-responder email alert which sends email to "Email address of clinician". I tested your form by sending a test submission and it seems the submission email was sent successfully to Annie.fonda@mater.org.au. Please check the email log below:
[2017-12-21 03:56:02] Submission #3896557571738332792 Form #62888712225866 SENT to Annie.fonda@mater.org.au from noreply@jotform.com, via SENDMAIL
Could you please let us know if your received the email notification or not?
We will wait for your response.

The email does work it's just it's often incredibly slow. Coming in 45 mins or so later which doesn't happen with the other forms even though the email address is the same.

Thank you for additional information.
Please try adding a new email using Google Mail and see if the issue (delayed email) persists. Here's a sample screenshot:
Please try it and let us know if the Google Mail received the autoresponder email instantly.
Thank you.
