Hi,
I really don´t know how to do! This is not a friendly tutorial...
My Need:
Form 1: It is a small form which I receive my clients basic information (Form: Part I) - https://form.jotformz.com/73326102284651
Form 2: The client will continue filling out the form with additional information (Form: Part II) - https://www.jotform.com/build/73326260484658
So I just need to identify the clients from Form1 on Form 2 and also avoid to request the same information twice, so the client should automatically see his name and contacts already populated on form 2.

We will be glad to assist you. Here is the URL to pass the common information from form 1 to form 2: http://www.jotformz.com/form/73326260484658?nome={nome}&email11={email11}
Let us know if you need more help.

Thanks for your answer!
But what is the next step? How do I implement it?
Thanks again

Set your thank you page URL of the first form to the one my colleague referenced:
https://www.jotform.com/help/211-Setting-up-the-Thank-You-Page
http://www.jotformz.com/form/73326260484658?nome={nome}&email11={email11}
When the first form is submitted, the data from from the name and email fields will be passed from form 1 to form 2.

Ok, understood!
The link is ok, but when I do the test... the common information is not migrating to form 2.
Could you please help and see whats is going wrong?
Thanks

I cloned the form to test it and it is indeed passing the data from form 1 to form 2. Here is the thank you page URL I was given in my test:
https://form.jotformz.com/agenciaconectta/casas-150?nome=test&email11=test@test.com&whatsapp=fdsafd
There is a conditional thank you page that is set up and if that condition is met, it is forwarding to the default JotForm thank you page.
Check your conditions to ensure they are set up as you would like. If you want that to also redirect to the second form, update the condition to the appropriate URL.
