Hello, how can I make a form with 10 questions, adding the value of 1 to each true or false question, with a condition that if it reaches 7 it says approved. Thank you

Hi Colegio Internacional de Educación Superior,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, by assigning calculation values to options, we'll be able to perform calculations with the Form Calculation widget. Let me show you how to do that:

    • In Form Builder, click on the field's Gear icon, in my example, I'm using the Single Choice Field, then under the Options tab, enable the Calculation values.
    • Then, assign the calculation value for each option.

    • Repeat the same for the other 9 fields.

Now, we'll have to add the Form Calculation widget and add them:

    • Click the Add Element button on the left.
    • Under the Widgets tab, click on the Form Calculation widget.
    • Then, use the Add Field button in its properties to perform your calculations like so:

    • Now, we can create conditions by clicking on Settings, Conditions and selecting the Create New Show/Hide field condition like so:

The Approved message in my example is a paragraph element. Feel free to test this demo form or clone it to your account to inspect it further. If you're trying to create a quiz form, we have a quiz tool you can use to easily create one. You can check it out on this link.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
