Awesome site!
I've built a form that uses conditional text boxes that show or hide based on the selection of the drop down box above it. Working in the form, they show and hide exactly as they are supposed to, but when the form is submitted both the emailed submission and PDF submission do not show the text box. I've looked through the settings and can't find anywhere in which I can set the print preferences for a specific field. Any suggestions?

Hi,
As I understood the question, you want to change the format of submission that comes to your email. In that case please click Settings and then Emails. You can see Email Content and you can edit anything you want in the email body. Please refer to the images below. Let us know if you have any other question.

Close.. But the text box forms that I want to include in the emails are not available to include in the email submission. Any other suggestions?

I think you're referring to the static Text element, not a text box.
Since Text does not ask user inputs, they are not included in emails by default. However, you can manually edit your email and paste the text manually.
If you are using them for conditions, here's a better approach.
Instead of using Text element, use a Text Area (Long Text Entry) field for each text and add the text as its default value. Make the text area read-only so it can't be edited then trigger the text area through the condition.
Here's a visual guide:

That's what I needed, but now how to I include only the long text box that is not hidden based on my conditions in the email?

Hi,
Please follow instructions in this link it will guide you how to achieve it.
So basically you need to create a notification email for Engine 1232 and another one for Engine 1233 and so on.
And after you create them, you should set conditional logic in your case.
IF UNIT IS EQUAL TO 1232
SEND FOR Engine 1232.
Note: You can edit each notification email you sent so in the body of each email just leave the one that you are setting the notification for.
I hope I was clear enough. Please let us know if you have any other question.
