Here is the link to this new form: https://form.jotform.com/73414268862159
I cloned that form and and change it to a Single Question Per Page form. This one want even calculate the values. You can see this one

I have checked the forms and found the issue.
It seems that the Form Calculation widget value is not being passed to a Text field unless it is filled manually. In the form, even if the widget already shows a value and is already filled its value is not being passed to the Text field automatically.
The issue only happens in the new form layout (Single Field in One Page) and I have already escalated this to our developers.
As for your form, I suggest that instead of using the Form Calculation widget, you can use a regular textbox field(s) and condition(s) to get the total to the Text field in your form.
Here's a sample form that explains the difference — https://form.jotform.com/73421916682965
Please check the form and let us know if you have other questions or concerns.
