Unfortunately no. The Global countdown widget doesn't have a data repository that can be used on condition functions.
May I ask though what it is you wanted to achieve with this concept. Perhaps we will be able to figure out an alternative workaround once we get a better understanding of what you wanted to do.
In case you wanted to let the form user see how much time they were consuming already, you can use instead the Fancy Timer widget for such.
Here is a demo form https://www.jotformpro.com/form/52002079010942
We will wait for your response.
Thanks.

Dear Jonanthan,
I have a little problem using the session option ( ?session=email1 ).
My form is very long and I have using many many IDs. The problem is the loading time is very long and the next/forward button is frozzen if pushing before the page is charged. I need a little delay to appear this buttons to win time for the charge.
Any way to insert delays in button appears ?

Unfortunately, we don't have such feature, and the issue with widgets is that you cannot pick up their state and use in conditional logic since they work in separate iFrame.
We could add this to our backend team for a possible implementation, but we cannot promise if it will be implemented.
We'll wait for your response.
Thank you!

I have escalated this as a feature request to our development team. You will be informed once this is implemented.
