Hi there,
My form count is at 45 but when i count all my forms i only get to about 24.
Where can i find these other forms so that i can disable them?

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you only see 24 forms in your account?
I did check your account and found that you have several forms in your account. Please click on "My Forms" and you should be able to see all your forms. Please check the screenshot below:
I would suggest you to please check your account again and get back to us if you have any trouble.

Are you referring to the Form Count you see on your account?
JotForm has recently implemented the Form Limit on our plans. A free user can create up to 5 forms while Bronze Plan users can create up to 25 forms. This was recently implemented.
The form count refers to the number of forms you have created on your account. Currently, as per checking your account's My Forms page, you have more than 24 forms in your account.
Please note all forms created are included on the form count, not just the forms that have a submission or you usually use.
