Hi Sinan,
Thank you for providing a video of the issue that helps a lot for us to better assist you.
Unfortunately, there's no option to add a custom CSS code to remove the gap you're referring to the new form layout.
However, I can see in the video you shared, you just changed the height of the iFrame code. You also need to remove the script element below to avoid auto-resizing the form. Here's a screen animation guide:
