Upgrading to any of our paid plans will allow you to remove the JotForm Branding below all your forms. It should be automatic as soon as you're upgraded, but if not, just head over to your Account's Settings page to disable it.

sinan zakariaReplied on November 20, 2017 at 7:43 PMHello,
I was able to upgrade and get rid of the jot forms logo. However, I’m still not able to make the “upload photos” be closer to the form, right now there are large unecceessary gaps above and below the form. Can you help with this?
I installed iframe and changed the 587 to as low as 5, but the gap was still massive. Below is the webpage in question;https://www.listedsimply.com/upload-photos-and-video

I have checked your website and I see that you are using the default JS embed codes instead of the iFrame Embed Codes that was suggested by my colleague, Jim, in your other thread — https://www.jotform.com/answers/1301343
Since the iFrame Embed Codes, from the way we see it, would only be the possible solution to your issue, can you please put the iFrame Embed Codes back and we will be looking into the issue further?
We will wait for your response.
