Can you tell me why I get 3 emails when my form is submitted.

I reviewed your form and I found that it actually doesn't have Notification Email configured at this time. So there should be no submission email that should be triggered at all.
Did you removed/delete already the Emails in the form? As far as I know, there should be no email anymore.
Let us know if issue persist.
