Thank you very much for helping me last Friday
with this form - to show the text fields in the PDF filled form sent to us.
This works great now!
However, the form receipt email sent to applicants (autoresponder) DOES NOT include/show TEXT field
contents...so consequently, they don't see the text they signed under like we do as recipients of the form.We see the widgets/text the applicants SIGN UNDER and we see what they signed under just fine now.....
but when they get the receipt email - they do not see WHAT THEY SIGNED UNDER.
The best solution here would be to send them THE SAME PDF document of the filled FORM -
as their receipt/autoresponder-
- so that THEY SEE WHAT WE SEE - but I do not see that option in "Edit the content of the email body.".
How can we fix this, so that the applicants can see in their receipt email WHAT THEY actually SIGNED under
...ie. so that THEY SEE WHAT WE SEE.
I hope it makes sense.
Thank you kindly!

Please note that the Text fields are not included in email template. If you want to show the text from your form inside of the Autoresponder email or Email Notification, you will have to edit the email template and manually add the text.
How to Edit the Email Template for Notifications and Autoresponders
If you want to send a PDF report to your users you have to set PDF Attachment option to YES inside of Advance tab of the Autoresponder email.
Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
