Hello,
We have a form that when filled out is sending the wrong results, even though when looking at the form submission, the fields are correct. Just the emails are wrong.

Do you mean to say that the submission emails is not displaying the correct questions?
The most likely cause of this issue could be that you must have cloned the form and the notification email alert must have been edited earlier. The best way to solve this problem is to delete the existing email alert and add a new one. Please note that a new email alert will always include all the questions of your form.
