If I understand your question correctly, you want the content of the"Text" field of your form to be sent in submission emails. Is that correct?
Please note that the header, images and text fields are not added to submission emails. The only solution is to edit your form's notification & auto-responder email alert and add the text manually. Please check the screenshot below on how to edit email alert template and add text content:
Similarly you can add other terms & conditions text in the email alert template. If you want the content of "Text" field to be displayed in form's submission page as well, it is possible to achieve your requirement. You may like to take a look at the following guide which should help you: https://www.jotform.com/help/305-How-to-Show-Headers-and-Text-in-the-PDF
Hope this helps.

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
Please let me know the form with which you are having this issue. I did check your last edited form "FAC Ministry eHandbook" but did not find any text added in notification email alert.
I cloned your form and add the text content in the notification email alert. Please take a look at the following cloned form and see if it works as expected: https://www.jotform.com/build/73144503498964
Feel free to clone this form for a closer look. The following guide should help you in form cloning: https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL
Hope this helps.

That is how I want this new form to look in the pdf format when submitted.
It seems like you want to edit the text displayed on the PDF, my colleague's instructions will work for the email content only. If you want to edit the text in the PDF report, you will need to customize the PDF and change the font size from there.
I hope this helps.

OK, got the font size fixed, now how about proper page breaks. How do I set page breaks in my Jotform or pdf form so the pdf is formatted the same as the Jotform?
Also, how can I put an email address within a text and have it be a live link? (i.e. -when you click on the email address it goes to the persons Outlook or whatever email program they're using)
Thanks.

Hello,
For page breaks there is a work around, you can add an empty text tool field on your PDF to act as a padding.
And to add a link to email just add "mailto: " then your email address and that should solve your problem.
Hope this helps.
Do get back to us if you meant to ask something else.
Thank you!

As far as I know it is not possible to add a live link using the PDF Designer.
For the Mail To link, the correct link should be like this...
Example:
<a href="mailto:jonathan@jotform.com">Send E-mail</a>
but as you have noticed already the <a tag will not work.
You can only add static text using the TEXT tool in the PDF designer.
