hello
on our form we let clients choose dates but when submitted it DOES NOT show on the email we receive.
what to do?

I checked the first notification email for your form and it looks to contain the date field with the correct ID:
Check your other notification emails to ensure they all contain the correct fields. Creating a new notification email will create an email with all current form fields:
