Please note that an email address can be added to the Jotform bounce list due to several reasons, I have already removed your email address from our bounce list now so you should be receiving emails.
I would also recommend you to follow this guide in order to avoid bouncing issues: https://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues
If the problem persists, you may also set up a custom sender using the SMTP method so you user your own mail server info to send the emails. Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
