Hello,
I have been in communication with your support team trying to figure out why the SMTP settings I have set are not working correctly. Today I tried to login so I could respond to their last response to me, but I am being told that my account has been suspended?
Why has my account been suspended?

You are asking Social Security Number through your form and this is against our terms of use.
I have removed that sensitive form field and reactivated your account.

Thank you for your response. This is a requirement of the Florida Department of Health though. Is there any way to be able to do this? Maybe upgrading the account?

If you want to use sensitive form fields, you have to use Encrypted form along with SSL.
