Hello,
I would love to have my customers sign a contract and receive an email with not only their signature but the contract as well. The contract isn't binding if I don't have their signature and contract both together. Is this possible?

If you want the Text field data (i.e. Terms & Conditions Agreement text) to also appear in the email message, you will have to add the text manually.
modify the form email content and insert the Text.
Example:
You can also make an attachment to the email. Example if you have a soft copy of the fillable contract, you can attach it on the email and have it sent to the respondent.

The respondent then can resend to you the signed contract via their email response.
