Good day.
We have registered with you yesterday and still not receiving our Email Confirmation from JotForm. I even changed my email to another email address to see if that would make a difference but with no luck. How can we fix this?

I have checked your account email logs and I have seen that a notification email was sent to your email address addictedclothing@directclothing.co.za successfully as you can see the screenshots below:
I have checked the email configurations on your side and I have seen that settings are all correct. I have also fulfilled your form and submitted again in order to test, I have seen that your email address should have received the related submission as seen below:
Could you please check your SPAM/BULK/JUNK folders of your email address? If you see JotForm emails there, please mark them as "Not Spam" and move them to inbox folder.
