I have cloned your form and added the following code to it.
.form-section:last-child {
background-image: url(“https://www.jotform.com/uploads/rduong/form_files/quadrillage.28.png“) !important;
background-repeat: repeat;
}
Check the image below to see the result:
I believe by saying "add a picture on form cover" you mean the previous result. However, as you can see there is space above the "quadrillage" image and it can not cover the whole form.
Here is the "quadrillage" image you have provided with space above:
If you want to cover the whole form, you need to remove the space and place the image with the code provided.

I'm sorry but I'm a bit confused. The form you provided and the form of my colleague are not the same. Considering that my colleague cloned your form I assume that you changed the theme and style of your original form. Your form currently looks like this.
Please provide us an ID of the form that you are currently working on and tell us what exactly is not working. You can provide us a screenshot of your issue.
