Based on this jotform help page I should be able to edit the Thank You page.
But for some reason, on my Form I'm not seeing that option.
Screenshots below:
And as you can see, I have activated the thank you page:

Sorry for the trouble you are facing.
Since you are using our new form layout, you will find your thank you page management link under your form itself.
Click the "Edit Thank You Page" link and you will be able to see the "Thank You" page section.
Let us know if you have any further query.

Thanks for your answer, Sabbir.
The problem is that in that Thank YOu page section, I can't add URLs and Form fields to that text area, as you can see in the image below. How do I fix this?

At this moment, we don't have much customization options for Thank you page in the New Layout format.
However, you always have the option to switch to the old legacy layout format, if you want to customize your thank you page with form fields.
I made a walk though image for the New Layout's Thank you page customization for you:

Ok thanks! How do I switch to the old legacy format?
Because with the new saving system, I can't recreate this: https://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-and-Continue-Later
I want people to be able to edit their own form by ID.

You can switch to the old legacy format from your form settings.
Go to Settings->Form Settings->Show More Options
then scroll down to the option "Form Layout" and change it to "Legacy Layout"
Let us know if you have any further query.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
Can you give me your form link, so I can clone it, change it to legacy layout and give you the link, so that you can clone it to avail the legacy format?
