Hi,
I am in the middle of designing an order form and when I select to view or edit the form, it goes to a blank page and I can not see any of the work that I have done. I thought I must have done something & deleted everything I had worked on so attempted to open a new template to start again and even the templates are coming up as a completely blank web page? Please help.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
I checked one of your forms named "MJDS Concert Order Form " and I didn't encountered any problem regarding editing or previewing form as you can see in the following screencast.
I made following changes on the Safari, could you please confirm the browser you were using while you have experienced this problem?
In addition to that, I was also able to see the changes done by you on your form revision history.
If these are the changes you did, you can revert your form to that version. Here is a detailed user guide for this feature:

If this is not the form you are referring, please send us the exact Form ID in order to investigate your problem further.

Thank you Rose. I think it must have been a temporary web browser issue as I have now been able to access all our forms again. Thank you so much for getting back to me.
