I request a full refund. The charge amount was in dollars, it was not clear on the purchase page, which was more than 200 reais. It's a lot of money.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. Yes, we charge our users in USD. As requested, I canceled your subscription and processed a refund for the amount you paid. It will be posted on your account in 7-10 business days, depending on your bank's refund policy.
