Hello,
Earlier when using the approve and sign feature in our approval flow of Batch Form 1-10 and Batch From 11-20, it was asking for the signature at the 1st and 2nd level as intended. However, it has suddenly stopped asking and requiring the signature. I did not make any changes that I can think of. I have it set to require a signature, a comment, and to waive the login requirement.
Please let me know what needs to change.
Thanks,
jocelyn

Hi Jocelyn,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and ran a test for the approval flow. However, I did not encounter any issues on the approval step that requires signatures as I was able to see the signature pop-up:
Can you run a test on your form to see if the problem that you mentioned still happens?
As soon as we hear back from you we'll help you more with this.

Hello Jocelyn,
Thanks for getting back to us. You can test your form by clicking on the Preview Form button to submit an entry to it.
- Open your form in Form Builder.
- On the top-right side of the page, toggle Preview Form to On position. That's it.
Also, you can clone your form to perform a separate test from the original to avoid any issues with your form data. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, click on the form you want to clone and click More.
2. Click the Clone option from the dropdown menu.We also have a detailed guide on How to Clone an Existing Form From Your Account.
Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
