Hi there,
In the past we are having issues with jot form counter, The counter after 30 should have stopped people from registering, but we are getting more than 30 registration please check
https://form.jotform.ca/firstaidhero/bsit-banting-middle which has 32 submissions,
https://form.jotformpro.com/firstaidhero/bsit-ridgeway-elementary-school which has 31 submissions,
this is an ongoing issue. Right now these are the forms below in questions, we are close to 30, I want to make sure the counter works, and we are not having more than 30 submissions.

I have just checked your forms and did not find any submissions limit, it seems like you're using the Unique ID widget to count the number of submissions and displaying a message on your form based on this which seems to be working as expected:
However, please note that even if the number is over 30 and your users see the notice, there is nothing blocking the submission.
I would recommend you to set up a limit on the number of submissions your form will receive, this guide will provide you more details about it: https://www.jotform.com/help/137-How-to-Limit-Submissions-in-a-Form
When the number is reached, your users will get a message and there will not be room for any submission until you lift the limit.
I hope this helps.
