Question about the usage limits.

I'd like to confirm my understanding of the packages. I want to create a form and incorporate it on my website. I don't expect to get a lot of submissions for the entire period, and I think the starter pack might suit my needs. I however want to confirm that my understanding is correct:

    1. I will be able to create 5 different forms with this pack
    2. Per each form, 100 people can respond to each form each month. And I will have access to this data indefinitely.
    3. The storage is linked to my Jotform account.

    Is this understanding correct?

In addition, I have the following questions:

    1. Do the 5 forms include archived or deleted (forms in trash) forms?
    2. I have 1000 monthly form views. If a user opens the form on their machine, and the machine goes to sleep, and it later comes back on, will this count as a separate view?
    3. Where will I find the link to embed on my website? Is the form link (https://form.jotform.com/random_numbers) enough to embed?

    Thanks

    Hi Hannah,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. Yes, you can have a maximum of 5 forms on your Jotform account. The 100 monthly submission limit is counted across all the forms and not individually. Also, yes, the storage is linked to your Jotform account, and you have access to it indefinitely as long as it is within your account usage limit.

You can check the Pricing Page to see the monthly usage limit difference for each plan, and you can check our guide about Understanding your Account Usage and Limits to understand what each of the usage limits means.

For your other questions, I moved them to a different thread to avoid confusion. You can find them here:

Reach out again if you have any other questions.
