So was I correct in how I've gone about trying to create a simulated "footer" for my forms? Is there an easier way to accomplish this, possibly using a Textbox, as I originally described?
I tried using the "TinyMCE" widget to solve this problem, since it mentions being able to edit in the footer. But, I can't access the editor once I loaded it on the page. (Loaded, deleted and re-loaded it several times.) Does it only allow direct HTML/CSS editing in Properties? I thought it was a WYSIWYG editor!?!

Unfortunately, it is not possible to directly insert HTML in our forms through the builder. The only way to do that is to download the source code of the form.
If you have any further questions or had something else in mind please let us know.
Thank you!

It was my understanding that you can only download the source code, not edit it and then upload back to the builder!?!
And, what's going on with TinyMCE that I can't seem to access?

That is correct, you can download Source code and do all adjustments you need. But then you can only upload that source code to your own domain.
I tested TinyMCE widget on my test form by I wasn't able to replicate an issue with it.
Could you please share the form where you're having the problem?
