Hi,
I checked the system and found that the email anicholas@festivalrepublic.com is in the bounce list. So I removed him from the bounce list and he should be working again now. The other address (latitudejotform@festivalrepublic.com) was not in the bounce list and should be working.
Hopefully that has fixed your problem.
