I'm trying to get a form that shows a different artwork file for each customer.
Customer would visit this form containing his/her artwork in step 5 and then sign to approve it. How do I make the artwork different for each customer?

I think it would be possible to do, but you would need to add as many images as users and then use a variable to display the desired image, this way when a user opens the form he will see the proper image, as custom variable you may use their email address.
Please check this guide that will help you prepopulating data to your form through its form URL: https://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-Fields-to-Your-JotForm-via-URL-Parameters
This guide will help you setting up the show/hide conditions: https://www.jotform.com/help/316-How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-Base-on-User-s-Answer
To display images on your form you will need to use the "Image" element:
I hope this helps.
