Specifically Insightly integrations. It says it's fine, but then does not send the info to Insightly. How can I fix this?

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience.
I have integrated a sample form with Insightly and I was not able to reproduce the issue you described in your post after I made a successful test submission.
Here's the test form — https://www.jotform.com/form/72446999432975
Here's a screenshot from my Insightly account after I have submitted the form.
Here's a screenshot of the form's submission page.
Here's setup of the Insightly Integration in my form.
I have checked your form and I see that there are other integrations aside from Insightly that are set up with it. Please allow me some time to further test the issue. I will make test submissions on a clone version of your form having the same setup and get back to you as soon as possible with the result.

I'm sorry for getting back to you late. I have made the necessary test to try to reproduce the issue you described, however, even with the same setup as your form (PayPal, Google Drive, and MailChimp Integrations also present), I still cannot reproduce the issue you are having.
I tried to check if the issue was caused by the custom fields in Insightly being matched to the fields in the form. I added custom fields in batch to easily identify what might be causing the issue, however, every successful submission appeared in Insightly without any issues.
Can you please send us a screenshot of the Custom Fields page of your Insightly Contacts under System Settings, please? — How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum
We will wait for your response.
