At this point, the title "The Easiest Online Form Builder" is getting somewhat hard!

The content of this form is what I want to populate the next form with, the end odometer reading becomes the start odometer reading in the next form. So the only item that changes is the start and end odometer readings. On the new form, the end will be blank.

If you're referring to the notification email, you can customize it to your own preferences in the Email Page Content. Here's a screen animation guide on how to add fields to your email notification:

Thanks John but I was referring to the form, it needs to be the same design and layout as the original
72407643084860 with the end odometer reading now appearing in the start odometer reading.

Help, I am like yourselves getting a little frustrated and confused with the solutions and, frankly don't know which way to turn!
I created a document: 72180133984861
When the driver has completed all the entries, the form is saved and an email sent to the driver giving him/her directions to the next form which has everything in it below the "divider" on the first form. The same style, background color, size etc.
When the driver has completed this form and submitted it he/she receives another email with the same as above. The process continues for 12 weeks.
Hopefully I have explained my dilemma!

I am sorry, but I not exactly sure if I understood your question correctly.
Is this the same request like on your other thread https://www.jotform.com/answers/1234631?
If I understood you correctly, you want to pass the field value from the field "Odometer reading at the end of the journey" when the form is submitted to the field "Odometer Reading at start" of the same form. Is that correct?
If, so you should add this parameter at the end of the form ?odometerReading17={odometerReading}
This is the link that you can add to your email:
http://www.jotform.co/form/72180133984861?odometerReading17={odometerReading}
Here is my demo form: https://form.jotformpro.com/72411409918962
I have added the link on the thank you page.
Hope this will help.

Oh so close, on the first form you will see a "divider", the only part that needs to be part of the second form is what comes after the divider, not the whole form again.
Nearly there, thanks for your assistance.

Did you mean when clicking the pre-populated URL link, only the fields that come after the divider should be shown?
If yes, I don't think it is possible to hide the fields on the pre-populated URL link using the same form. However, if you want to pass the value in another form and make the fields hidden, then this is possible. Hence, only the fields that come after the divider will be shown on the another form.

Sorry Chriistian, we are back to where we started, however, I asked for help hours ago with this and we are going around in circles. Please! can one of you go back with this thread and the previous one, I feel as though I have explained myself clearly and rather than doing it again, please go back through this and the previous thread and give me a solution. Thanks

Sorry for the inconvenience.
I'm currently reading all the post in this thread and on the other thread. Please allow me some time to further work on the solution. I'll get back to you once I'm done.

@POME3790, Sorry I got confused too. I thought this split thread was about the issue in email content. But based on the recent conversations, it seems to have been mixed up with the original thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1234631
So just to clarify, the main requirements now are:
1. Passing the field value from the field "Odometer reading at the end of the journey" when the form is submitted to the field "Odometer Reading at start" of the same form - currently working.
2. Showing only the the fields after the divider after submitting the form (in the second form).
Please confirm so we can clearly address the issues.

Oh Heck, I am starting to get confused, just out of bed after a few hours sleep here in Australia! so,
I think you are the nearest so far, thanks for taking the time to research the issue. The second form in point 2 will be used again and again. It is a requirement here in Australia for a driver record log book to be kept for 12 weeks continuously.
Once the first form is completed I only need the second form as you say in point 2 to have the fields after the divider from the first form.
The second form will be used again and again, each time the end odometer reading being transferred to the start odometer reading until the 12 week period finishes.
Thanks again Christian for taking the time to understand my need.

Please confirm if you would like to forward the odometer and email (for identification) values:
From 'Driver Log Book Version 1 01.08.17' (https://form.jotform.co/72180133984861)
To 'Driver Log Book' (https://form.jotform.co/72407643084860)
We can help with the pre-population link.

Good Morning Mike, YES, this is exactly what I need and the email sent to the driver so he can go and fill his next trips details in, however, Christian has been researching this thread and I wouldn't want to interfere with his possible solution.
Thanks again to everyone for your patience with this and support.

Hi Martin,
Thank you for the clarification. We'll let our colleague Christian complete the resolution then.
He will respond to this thread once he is back online. I will remind him about this also.

Thanks, Mike, In the meantime, if you want to go ahead and complete your proposal that would be great. Just to make sure that the email will go every time to the driver after completing the form. This is just what I've been after all along.
Thanks again

Can you please check my form https://form.jotformpro.com/72425372338962 if it satisfies your requirement. It works as follows.
Please do tell us if something is missing. Just want to make sure it works as needed. Afterwards, will explain the steps to apply it on your form.

Excellent, thanks, Christian, just what I needed, I assume that each time the submit button is pressed at the end of the second form, the process repeats with another second form and so on! THe data is retained of course, how does the driver access his data?
Now, how did you do it?
